Send the picture, the size and the finish
The enquiry form is the best way to reach our Randburg team for sublimation aluminium photo panels. Include your name, company name if relevant, the town where the order must go, and whether you need gloss, matte, white or brushed aluminium. If you already know the panel size, send that too, along with how many pieces you need. A short note about where the panel will hang helps us advise on mounting and the right edge treatment.
- Attach the image file at full size if possible
- Tell us if the image needs cropping or a multi panel layout
- Let us know if you need test panels before the full run
What we check before production starts
Once your form comes through, we review the image resolution, colour profile and crop area before any printing begins. For sharp results on coated aluminium, we need files that can hold detail at the final size, especially for large wall pieces. If a file needs colour preparation or a small rework, we will say so clearly and explain the next step. You must own the image or have the rights to use it, and any supplied artwork remains your responsibility.
We can also help with reprint matching when an existing panel must sit beside a new one, and we will flag any issues with shadows, dark tones or fine text that may shift during sublimation.

Finishes, mounting and the last details
Different spaces call for different finishes. Gloss gives strong colour depth and a high shine, while matte reduces reflections in bright rooms. White panels suit clean artwork and product imagery, and brushed aluminium keeps a visible metal texture through lighter areas. If you need hanging hardware, we can guide you on concealed mounts, stand-offs or other fixed options depending on panel size and wall type. Coastal humidity, especially in Durban or Gqeberha, is worth mentioning so we can advise on handling and placement.
We also check the packaging plan, because a well finished panel still needs proper corner protection and careful dispatch to arrive in good order.
How fast you will hear back
Most enquiries receive a reply as soon as we can, often sooner on weekdays. If your message includes the artwork, size and delivery town, we can move faster through file checks and quote preparation. During busy production periods, a reply may take a little longer, but we still keep the process clear and practical. If there is anything missing from the form, we will ask for it directly rather than leaving you to guess.
What to note in your message
Use the form to tell us exactly what the panel must do in the room. A gallery piece, office feature or gift panel all need slightly different handling, and that note helps us match the finish and mounting. Please also mention if you need custom sizing, a set of matching panels, or care advice after delivery. Our team includes colour, production, finishing and logistics specialists, so your note reaches the right person from the start.
