Hands that can read a print and a room
Our work depends on people who notice the small things. A slight crop shift, a weak shadow, or a panel that needs a better edge finish can change the whole result, so we value practical judgement as much as technical skill. The team works from Randburg, Johannesburg, with deliveries arranged for clients in Gauteng and further afield.
We hire for production, colour checking, finishing, mounting, packing and client support. Some days are quiet and other days bring tight turnarounds, especially when courier collections must leave before the afternoon traffic builds up.
Where the work happens from file to final hook-up
People joining us may help with file checks, image resolution review, colour preparation, crop planning, finish selection, test panels, custom sizing, mounting options, multi panel layouts, packing and delivery, care advice, and reprint matching. The work suits people who can follow a process and still think on their feet.
- Prepress and colour control
- Print handling and panel preparation
- Mounting, packaging and dispatch
- Client service and order coordination
What makes a good fit here
We look for steady habits, clear communication and respect for deadlines. Experience with print, framing, signage, photography output or workshop work helps, but it is not the only route in. A careful person who learns fast can grow into the role.
- Comfortable with hands-on work and standing for parts of the day
- Good with measurements, counts and written instructions
- Able to work neatly in a busy production space
- Willing to handle plans and changing dispatch times
A place that respects the finished piece
Sublimation onto coated aluminium panels needs consistency. The surface finish, whether gloss, matte, white or brushed, must suit the image and the way it will be viewed. That means the people making and packing the panels must keep an eye on detail at every stage.
We also work with customers who must own the images they send or hold the right to use them. That part matters, because the final piece is only as sound as the file and the permission behind it.
Working conditions that suit real South African production
Our space is practical, not precious. There are deadlines, courier bookings, municipal waste and packing rules to respect, and the usual South African realities of power interruptions, transport delays and coastal humidity on outbound jobs to places like Cape Town and Gqeberha. People who enjoy solving those problems usually settle in well.
The team often helps one another across tasks, so a finishing specialist may understand packing needs, or client services may need to know how a reprint match is handled. That cross-over keeps the day moving.
